JE's offer to those who join the opportunity to bypass the time-honoured barriers between universities and the world of employment. By joining a JE, deeply motivated students finally have the chance to put in practice what they've studied. Therefore in such a way they often manage to increase their knowledge and their abilities; working on the field allows them to apply their skills, as the best way to improve young people's potential is learn by doing.

Indeed, the ultimate goal of JE's is encouraging personal education both from a professional and a human point of view, since the opportunity is given to work directly together with enterprises and, at the same time, to work side by side with other students, just as much motivated as you to achieve given goals. Without any doubt this will make you learn the real meaning of team work and team spirit.

Once the candidate has been chosen, the next step is a monitoring phase. This period usually lasts one month, during which the candidate starts working on his first projects, chosen according to his/her skills and expectations.

Besides this, the candidate will have a tutor helping him/her out in finding his way at JECoMM..

Afterwards, the tutor will make a report about the candidate and talk to the other members in order to take a common and democratic decision. If the candidate has been able to show his qualities and proved himself to be helpful to JECoMM, he will be accepted as a new member.

JECoMM is currently composed mainly by students attending Comunicazione e Società and Comunicazione Politica e Sociale at the faculty of Political sciences at the Università degli Studi di Milano, but is increasingly welcoming students from other faculties.

Our main aim is to make JECoMM able to work not just in communication; we do want to find new fields to work in. Therefore we believe that anyone, even students from other courses of faculties, can give his-her contribution to our project..
